1. Akasha Training takes no responsibilities for any valuables or possessions or vehicles whilst you are on our premises.
2. Akasha Training reserves the rights in the design, text, graphics, images and course material, handouts and website.
3. All materials, handouts, workbooks and other literature supplied by us must not be copied or used in any way. All materials are the copyright of Akasha Training and MUST NOT be reproduced in any form.
4. All courses must be booked in advance and paid at the time of booking in full. If at our discretion agree to accept a deposit for a course then we expect the rest to be paid in full 14 days prior to your training course. If this is not the case then you will loose your deposit. If you cannnot attend a training day then you must give us advance notification of 48 hours. We will need to know your reason for cancelling. Please note that you will lose your course fee on this occassion . In cases such as this a £25 administration fee is charged to re-print your certificate for your attendance on another course. This is at our discretion. This will only happen the once. A second cancellation by the same student will result in the loss of all fees if the cancellelations give more than 48 hours. - in brief 48hours or less results in loss of fee. 48 hours or more results in a £25 admin fee. Second cancellation results in loss of free even if 48 hours or more is given.
5. If students do not attend on the day of the course they shall lose the full course fee. Subject to terms.
6. If you have a complaint about any aspect of your training please contact mail@askashatraining.com and this will be dealt with at Head Office.
7. Places on courses can only be guaranteed if the payment has been received.
8. All students must act and behave appropriately and not undertake any act that would bring dishonour to the Akasha Training, as this could result in the student being asked to leave the training session.
9. Tutors reserve the right to refuse to teach any student who is very late to their training session.
10. The students must be dressed appropriately for ALL courses.
11. Jewellery except wedding bands must not be worn.
12. On days when there is only one booking students will be contacted and will therefore be responsible for their own clients/ models to work on and demonstrate the practical skills during the course.
13. Akasha Training reserves the right to change the course contents, materials, tutors, training dates/days, venue and course requirements at any time without prior notice.
14. Children are not allowed at the training venues.
15. Food will not be provided for at the training sessions so please provide a packed lunch
16. Refreshments will be provided
17. All student and client information is kept confidential.
18. Prices can be altered at any time to reflect costs of training however we will always remain competitively priced.
19. We invite students who are not 100% confident after the course to come and join the next set of courses in the same subject. Please note this is only available within three months after the date of the course after three months students shall need to repay.
20.We are not responsible for any emails that you do not read on time which relate to your course, changes or cancellations.
21. The prices shown on the website at the time of booking are the prices you will be charged. We cannot be responsible for the incorrect prices put out on the internet by tutors past or present, therefore the prices on the isis website alone are the prices we will honour. As in section 27. Prices can be altered at anytime.
22. If you are insured currently please make it your responsibility to check with your insurance provider if they will insure our one day courses.
23. Home study diplomas are to be conducted in your own time, however a maximum training time span of 2 years.
24. If you have any health issues or are in the first 3 months of pregnancy please inform your Tutor.
